Did put together my new system, Gigabyte mobo 790GPT-ud3 chip, phenom II 955 be.

The CPU fan is loud and makes a surging noise for every little action, even opening a new browswer tab.

Any ideas, it is really annoying.

Cpu is idling at 35C with fan going at 3000 RPM, does that seem high to you guys?

System temp is 41C
